Okay, let’s dive in to today’s episode!

During these divisive times, Dr. Northrup continues to inspire people to reclaim their power and to think critically as she has done for decades.  She draws strength from her “soul family.”  These are like minded freedom fighters who also see the truth and have the courage to stand up, speak out and come together.

Many people are scared, particularly those watching the news and mainstream media.  People have been traumatized, so they are in a fight or flight, high stress, nervous system mode.  Dr. Northrup reminds us that not only does fear suppress the immune system, but it also impairs one’s ability to think critically.  The most important first step is to simply TURN OFF the news.

Today there is also a widespread fear of germs, such as bacteria and viruses.  Dr. Northrup says this fear goes back to the 1800’s and the days of Louis Pasteur and Antoine Beauchamp.  While Pasteur was a champion of germ theory, Beauchamp believed that it was the inner environment or terrain inside the person that produced sickness, not the microbe.  According to Beauchamp, if a person had a strong, healthy, inner terrain, they could fight off any pathogen that might show up.

Obviously, Beauchamp’s message was very empowering; however, to this very day, it’s germ theory (not terrain theory) that has become the foundation of modern medicine.  For Dr. Northrup, we’ve become the “antibiotic generation” as opposed to the “probiotic generation.”

Although many great scientists and doctors see things differently from the mainstream, Dr. Northrup finds it strange that so many people don’t even want to talk about these issues: “Whenever there’s a subject that you cannot have a rational discussion about, then you know something’s wrong.”

When it comes to healing, Dr. Northrup says that we are social animals, and we do our best when we are working together with other like-minded humans.  She says this is an instant cure for PTSD and widespread collective trauma of being isolated in our homes.  In fact, she refers to a recent lecture by Bruce Lipton where he said that the next great leap in human evolution will be communities of like-minded people.

Dr. Northrup dives into some of her daily practices like pilates, walking in the woods, intermittent fasting, and spending time in the sauna.  She also lifts weights with a trainer.  She says that when you get stronger physically in the body, it also changes the brain.  She also talks about learning to say “NO” to overextending herself.

In the end, Dr. Northrup shares one of the simplest and empowering things you can ever do: “The most rebellious thing you can do against the dark agenda is to be happy, to be joyful and to use your imagination to bring heaven down to earth.”  She says that we often use our imagination to imagine the worst, so why not imagine the best.

And if you are in a desperate situation, Dr. Northrup says to get down on your knees and ask a higher power for help.  She says: You really need to be connected with divine source.  Suspend disbelief, get on your knees and ask for guidance.
